CLimate Information toolKit (CLIK) is a service that enables users to download APCC's climate data faster and easier based on cloud platform technology. The ADSS (APCC Data Service System, http://adss.apcc21.org), which has been traditionally provided for MME and related climate data, allows downloads for each climate data file via FTP and OPeNDAP protocols. The newly established CLIK reflects user requirements such as increased convenience of ADSS, and allows users to download selected climate data easily and quickly, and provides users with an Open API to download and utilize directly from user program code.
In the near future, it will utilize as a primitive service for integrating APCC climate services focused on climate data.
